Traveler’s Agreement

This Agreement is made on this ________ day of __________, 2025, at Mysore, Karnataka, between Auraventure – Luxury journeys with a golden touch (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”) and the undersigned traveler (hereinafter referred to as “the Traveler”).

The Organizer agrees to provide travel services to the Traveler as per the confirmed itinerary, which may include transportation, accommodation, and other arrangements as mutually agreed. The total package cost shall be ₹_, out of which the Traveler agrees to pay an advance of ₹1500 or 2000 and the remaining balance of ₹_________ at 5 days before the date of departure.

In the event of cancellation by the Traveler, refunds shall be processed as follows: cancellations made before thirty (20) days of departure will be eligible for an eighty percent (70%) refund; cancellations made before fifteen (15) days of departure will be eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund; and cancellations made within seven (20/01) days of departure shall not be eligible for any refund. In case the Organizer cancels the trip, a full refund of the amount paid shall be made to the Traveler.

The Traveler agrees to carry valid identification and all necessary documents, to follow the instructions of the Organizer during the trip, and to conduct themselves in a manner that respects local culture, the environment, and fellow travelers. The Organizer shall not be held liable for natural calamities, accidents, delays, loss of personal belongings, or any health issues or injuries of the Traveler, unless such arise due to proven negligence on the part of the Organizer.

By signing this Agreement, the Traveler acknowledges and accepts all the above terms and conditions.
